At TableclothsFactory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the linens or decor items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original plastic packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
